sTUDENT COACHING

I provide student coaching designed to support high school and university students as they navigate academic pressure, identity development, emotional regulation, and life transitions. This work is developmentally appropriate, non-clinical, and focused on building self-awareness, resilience, and healthy decision-making.

Student coaching offers a structured space for reflection and growth, helping students identify patterns, clarify internal barriers, and strengthen skills such as boundaries, communication, emotional awareness, and personal responsibility. The goal is not to replace counseling services, but to complement existing student support systems by addressing mindset, habits, and self-leadership.

  • Emotional regulation and stress management

  • Boundary-setting and people-pleasing patterns

  • Identity development and self-worth

  • Academic pressure, burnout, and motivation

  • Transitions (middle to high school, high school to college, first-year adjustment)

  • Faith, values, and meaning (when appropriate and requested)

Each coaching relationship is tailored to the student’s developmental stage, context, and goals.
